The St Eia Range
St Eia was an Irish Princess, who as a student of St Baricus, became a missionary in Cornwall with St Gwinear and St Piala. She, along with over 770 other missionaries , came ashore in the harbour in a boat that transformed from a leaf after travelling across the Irish Sea.
We use reclaimed Delabole slate that has weathered for about 100 years to create beautiful pieces of slate art for the table. For those who are after a truly weathered but distinguished, look, go no further than the St Eia Range.
Each piece is handmade and has a feel texture and depth of range of colours that make each piece totally unique.
Because of the ageing process, these slate tableware pieces breathe life onto any table. The colour ranges across each piece of slate are uniquely different. These slates undergo a rigorous cleaning process before being treated with our top quality food safe sealant. The light slightly white pastel blue, offsets beautifully against the orange of the pyrite. Treated with the care it deserves, this range adds elegance to any table setting.
